From Boxes to Behavior: How Carriers Can Truly Scale OOH Adoption
Network density alone does not explain OOH adoption. Markets with extensive OOH infrastructure can still see relatively low usage rates, while others achieve significantly higher adoption through different mechanisms. The real lever lies not in adding more lockers and pickup points, but in driving adoption among both shippers and recipients. This session introduces a practical framework built around three key adoption drivers: ReCommerce, Returns, and Rerouting. Through case studies including InPost and collaborations between GLS, DPD, and Vinted, we will explore how carriers can influence customer behavior, accelerate OOH usage, and unlock greater network efficiency. The focus shifts from expanding infrastructure to creating the conditions that make OOH the preferred delivery choice.

Securing the Last Mile: Protecting Drivers, Lockers, and Urban Delivery Networks
As last mile delivery becomes the most critical and visible component of the supply chain, security challenges are evolving rapidly. From driver safety and cargo theft to parcel locker vandalism, the logistics industry faces growing risks across their networks. This session explores how the industry can leverage technology and collaborative partnerships to create safer delivery ecosystems. Collaborate to Accelerate: Scaling Out-of-Home Delivery Through Partnerships
The next phase of growth for out-of-home delivery may depend less on building individual networks and more on creating ecosystems that connect them. As locker networks expand and customer expectations rise, collaboration between postal operators, carriers, retailers, and technology providers is becoming increasingly important. In addition, new opportunities are emerging through partnerships with municipalities, retailers, pharmacies, local businesses, and service providers. This session will explore how partnerships and shared infrastructure can accelerate network growth, improve accessibility, enhance the customer experience, and increase operational efficiency. Looking toward 2030, participants will discuss what successful collaborative OOH networks could look like and how the industry can move from isolated solutions to truly connected OOH ecosystems.

The Congestion Challenge: Measuring the Impact and Unlocking New Solutions
Traffic jams are no longer just an inconvenience; they are a growing operational and strategic challenge for the parcel industry. Congestion increases delivery costs, reduces route efficiency, contributes to higher CO₂ emissions, and can negatively affect customer expectations and service quality. This session will examine the full impact of congestion on parcel operations and explore innovative approaches to mitigate its effects. Attendees will discuss and identify actionable solutions that can help operators navigate increasingly crowded cities, improve network performance, and turn lost time into productive opportunities.
